1DCutX Cutting Plan Explanation.

1DCutX calculates cutting plans and generates the sequence of layouts. Each layout specifies the parts have to be cut from a stock board as shown:

Cutting layout shows how to cut 5 parts from 10 feet stock.

Several stock boards may share the same layout - in this case they can be cut at the same time by placing them together on the cutting table.

1DCutX generates two important spreadsheets: 1D_Report and 1D_Matrix.

1D_Report shows the summary information about used material, number different layouts, utilization rate and the total price of the material.
