1DCutX Registration.

1. Download and Install 1DCutX:

• Download 1DCutX.zip to your computer.
• Unzip the installation files 1DCutXSetup.msi, setup.exe and directory KB908002 from the 1DCutX.zip to your computer.
• Quit Micosoft Excel if it's open.
• Run the setup.exe and follow the instructions.

2. Run Microsoft Excel.

3. Start 1DCutX in Microsoft Excel.

3a. Microsoft Excel 2003:

1. Select "Tools..." in the main menu.
2. Click on the "Length (1D) Cutting Optimization..." menu item as shown on the picture.

3b. Microsoft Excel 2007, 2010 (32 bit):

1. Select "Add-Ins" in the main menu.
2. Click on the "Length (1D) Cutting Optimization..." ribbon element as shown on the picture.

3c. Microsoft Excel 2010 (64 bit):

1. Select "Add-Ins" in the main menu.
2. Click on the "1DCutX - Linear Cut Optimizer" ribbon element as shown on the picture.

4. Purchase a license key:

Please skip this step and go to step 5 if you already paid for the license using either PayPal, ShareIt or RegNow services.

You can purchase the License key for 1DCutX using widely-known secure online payment service PayPal. PayPal accepts major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard and American Express).

5. Run the Registration Dialog:

1. Click on the "Show Registration Form/Enter License Key..."

6. Registration Dialog:

1. Click on register@optimalon.com to send the e-mail to Optimalon Software.
2. Enter the License Key you received from us into four edit boxes.
